These terms of service ("Terms") apply to all services provided by BRNDS21 ("we", "us"), a brand & growth consultancy registered in Paramaribo, Suriname, located at Granietstraat 81. By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
BRNDS21 provides brand strategy, visual identity, website development, digital marketing, video production, and related consultancy services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and investment of each engagement are defined in a written proposal or agreement before work begins.
Timely delivery of feedback, content, and approvals is essential to keep projects on schedule. Delays in client input may shift delivery dates. The client guarantees that all materials supplied to us (text, images, logos) do not infringe third-party rights.
Upon full payment, the agreed final deliverables become the property of the client. BRNDS21 retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing unless confidentiality is agreed in writing. Working files, strategies, frameworks, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of BRNDS21 unless explicitly transferred.
Each proposal specifies the number of revision rounds included. Requests outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before any additional work begins — no surprise costs.
Both parties treat business-sensitive information shared during an engagement as confidential, during and after the collaboration.
BRNDS21 performs all services with professional care. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the engagement concerned. We are not liable for indirect damages, including lost profits or third-party platform changes (e.g. social media or search algorithm updates).
Either party may terminate an engagement in writing. Work completed up to the termination date — including started phases — is invoiced. Deposits are non-refundable once strategic work has commenced.
Hosting, maintenance, and retainer services run per the agreed term and renew automatically unless cancelled in writing at least 30 days before renewal.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Suriname. Disputes are first addressed through good-faith consultation; if unresolved, they are submitted to the competent court in Paramaribo.
